Two Visits:
You may need to schedule two visits. During the first visit, labs, and vaccines will be performed. On the second visit, you will receive the results of your tests in a sealed packet, along with the medical examination.
What to Bring:
To ensure a smooth process, please bring the following to your appointment:
- Valid government-issued picture ID such as a driver’s license or passport (preferred).
