Why should you take this test?
This test is used to conclusively determine if you are the biological father of the child in question. This is a legally admissible test that is accepted as a proof of paternity or non-paternity in a court of law. Why should you take this test?
This test is pretty useful when you need to determine the biological father of a child prior to their birth. This test carries zero-risk for the fetus and can identify a child’s father with 99% or greater accuracy, as early as in 7 weeks of the pregnancy without any risk of a miscarriage.
The test is carried out by drawing a blood sample from the mother’s arm, to isolate the fetal DNA from the blood plasma and is then matched to the father’s DNA taken from scrapping off a specimen from inside his cheek. If the fetal DNA shows genetic markers from the potential father, it is concluded that he is the biological father.

This test is useful In cases where the mother or father is missing or deceased. This Genetic Reconstruction DNA test helps in determining paternity or maternity by using the DNA from the maternal or paternal grandparents (parents of the missing alleged mother or father).
It is also possible to conduct this testing with only the child and both alleged paternal grandparents (mother excluded), but this should only be done when the mother is not available

Why should you take this test?
This test is used to compare the twins’ DNA profiles to see whether they are a match. If they are an exact match it proves they are identical twins. A zygote is the product of the fusion of an egg and a sperm. The zygote develops into an embryo if a woman releases two eggs and has sexual relations with more than one man during her fertile period and she could have twins with two different fathers or with one father. Fraternal twins can have two different fathers but identical twins cannot have two different fathers.

2. Forensic Tests:
What is it?
This test is useful in cases where you suspect infidelity in your relationship and would like to get answers to suspicions raised due to unidentified objects found in your home such as stained undergarments, extra toothbrush etc.
The process includes identifying existing DNA and matching this DNA to a reference swab you submit to eliminate your DNA from the equation. Any remaining DNA is then isolated, and a report is generated to indicate whether this remaining DNA is male or female or both.
